What causes this issue?

If the value date in the payment advice is identical to the expiration
date, the expiration date in the offsetting advice is set
as the value date of the offsetting payment advice.
If the value date in the payment advice is different from the
expiration date, this expiration date is also used for the offsetting
advice. If, however, the expiration date is before the value date of
the offsetting advice, the system rejects the function "Save account
transfer", and issues an error message.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
