What causes this issue?

For currency translation rate &V1& / &V2&, you are using an exchange
rate type for which exchange rate setting is provied. However, the n
rate you want the system to use in further calculation differs from the
rate set.
If rate &V3& agrees with the rate in the screen, this seemingly
meaningless message is triggered by rounding differences caused by the
rate inversion. If this is the case, work without inverted rates.
