Message text: Absence period is outside permitted area (acc. to T5D0D)
As of 1.1.2001, an employee in Germany may take a maximum of 24 months
(before July 2015, only a maximum of 12 months) between the 3rd and 8th
year of his/her child's life as (absence type) 'parental leave'.
If you enter a 'parental leave' absence type for a period outside the
permitted boundaries (which are specified in tables T554M and T5D0D),
this error message appears.
The current case involves an absence from &V1& to &V2&. However, that is
longer than permitted (for this period).
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Check whether the data for the absence period is correct. If it is,
check the limits in tables T554M and T5D0D for the absence type entered.
If this message appears as an error message, you can change it to a
warning in table T5D0D.
