    The default values for pay scale type/area/group/level were changed for
    this infotype at the beginning of the validity period.
    The default values for pay scale type/area are taken from the feature
    <ZH>TARIF</>, and if no values are defined there from the Personnel
    Area/Subarea table (T001P).
    The default values for pay scale group/level are taken from the Planned
    Compensation infotype (1005).
