    This error occurs when BAPI structures are converted to API structures
    before the recipe is created in the target system.
    When general recipes are distributed, it must be possible to assign
    each change status in the transfer structure to a general recipe in the
    recipe transfer structure. This assignment cannot be made for the
    change status processed.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
