You can only change a recipe if all change statuses of the recipe have
one of the following statuses:
<LS>In process</>
<LS>Rejected</>
<LS>Obsolete</>
There is, however, at least one change status for this recipe that has
a different status. For this reason, you cannot delete the recipe.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Check the status of all change statuses.
If you want to delete the recipe, make the following changes on the
<LS>Basic data</> tab:
If a change status has status <LS>Processing closed</>, reject it.
If a change status has status <LS>Released</> or <LS>Application scope
restricted</>, set it to obsolete.
If a change status has status <LS>Inactive</>, assign status
<LS>Released</> or <LS>Application scope restricted</> to it and then
set it to obsolete.
Delete the recipe.
