  • What causes this issue?

    When you change the date of a change number, you also change the
    valid-from date of all objects edited with this change number.
    The current change number was used in recipe &V1&. However, you cannot
    change this recipe now since it is being locked by another user. The
    system does not change the date of the change number.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Execute this function again at a later time.
