This means that the <ZK>Cancel Reference</> field is locked against data
entry, but is always displayed on a value basis. As a result, the
reference to master inspection characteristics is always canceled so
that some inspection characteristic attributes (for example, tolerance
limits) are ready for input.
This setting is also expected for the recipe data that is read from the
database.
