What causes this issue?

The NodeID is the unique key for the internal structure of the
hierarchy and can therefore only be used once. NodeID &V1& exists more
than once.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the hierarchy structure in the source system/file and remove all
duplicated NodeID's.
