    The system did not find any lower-level objects.

    How to fix this error?

    In order for the system to determine an option rate for object &V1&, you
    must either enter a different option rate method on the object or enter
    lower-level objects with measurement values.
    Or else you can change the message type from an error message to a
    warning message. In this case, the system determines an option rate of
    0% for the object.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
