    You are processing an <ZH>assessment contract</>. This contract must
    refer uniquely to a <ZH>Condominium Owners Association contract</> (the
    <ZH>rental unit</> assigned to the assessment contract must belong to a
    <ZH>business entity</> for which a Condominium Owner Association
    mandate (COA contract) exists).
    The assignment for the assessment contract in question is not unique.
    This means there could be several Condominium Owners Association
    mandates within the object hierarchy. Consequently the system cannot
    determine uniquely to which COA mandate the current assessment contract
    belongs.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the hierarchy of Real Estate objects and the related contracts
    (COA contract, assessment contracts) and correct the object assignment
    in the contracts as required.
