What causes this issue?

The (exception) aggregation sum is not permitted for key figures of type
date or time if their data type is DATS or TIMS. They can not be used if
a DataStore object for delta calculation is used, for example.

How to fix this error?

Use the data type DEC or change the (exception) aggregation to a value
that is not equal to 'Sum'.
