Partner namespaces enhance the focus of metaobjects that can be created
in a BW system. A partner namespace provides an extension to the
namespaces for SAP Content objects (prefix '0') and customer objects
('ABC...XYZ') with the aim of allowing metaobjects to be created and
transported to any BW system landscape without overlapping.

    How to fix this error?

To set up a BW partner namespace, proceed as follows:
Prerequisite: There must be 2 namespaces in the maintenance view
V_TRNSPACE: One namespace as the prefix for BW meta objects and one
namespace for the corresponding objects to be generated in the Data
    Dictionary.
Example: Namespace /BWPAR/ for meta objects and /B123/ for DDIC objects
    to be generated.
Enter both these namespaces in the table view for partner name spaces
and set them to 'active'. Then save this setting.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
