If you recieve this message in connection with the archiving of
business partners, archiving is not carried out, because an Internet
user is active for the business partner.
Use transaction SU01 to delete the Internet user or remove the
archiving flag for the business partner.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

to find the user and check the status.- Activate the user if it is inactive.
Assign Internet User to Business Partner:
- In the business partner maintenance screen, ensure that the Internet user is assigned correctly.
