From Release 6.40, the function 'planning via change documents' and thus
also its activation using BUSPCDACT has become obsolete for the BDT
application object BUPA 'Business Partner', because the conversion to
real time dependency or temporal validity has taken place in this
release.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If there is still data to be activated for object BUPA, this data has to
be converted into the relevant database tables using a conversion
report. Only then can the new time dependency be used in business
partner maintenance.
