What causes this issue?

You have selected a sampling scheme with valuation parameters.
In the sampling procedure however, only sampling schemes without
valuation parameters may be used.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Enter a sampling scheme without valuation parameters or select one that
is already in use.
