  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

You want to change the object type of the selected follow-up action to
<ZK>Quality Task/Notification Task</>. This is only allowed for
follow-up actions that are executed by the Business Add-In (BAdI)
    <DS:SIMG.FOA_EXECUTION_FOR_TASK>FOA_EXECUTION_FOR_TASK</> (Follow-Up
Action Execution for Quality or Notification Task).

    System Response

You cannot select the object type <ZK>Quality Task/Notification Task</>
for the follow-up action since it is executed by a function module.

    How to fix this error?

Execute the following steps if you want to process the follow-up action
with BAdIs and not with function modules:
    Delete all assigned function modules.
Create a BAdI implementation for BAdI
    <DS:SIMG.FOA_BACKWARD_COMPLIANCE>FOA_BACKWARD_COMPLIANCE</> and assign
the corresponding follow-up action as filter value.
After having implemented the BAdI, you can change the object type of the
    follow-up action to <ZK>Quality Task/Notification Task</>.
Implement further BAdIs of enhancement spot QM_FOLLOW_UP if needed.
