What causes this issue?

You have set the indicator <LS>No confirmation</>. If you have already
posted a confirmation to PP for the inspection point, this is canceled
because of the indicator.

System Response

The system does not send a confirmation to PP.

How to fix this error?

If you really want to cancel the confirmation, select <LS>Continue</>.
Otherwise, you can set the indicator for a partial or final
confirmation by selecting <LS>New entry</>.
