    should then be set in the stability study automatically.
    However, the study (notification) could not be completed by the
    follow-up action, because it was blocked by another user and the
    relevant status could not be set.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Set the status "Initial Test Completed" manually using the relevant
    follow-up function in the notification for the stability study.
