    To start a problem-solving process of type &V2&, the system must assign
    a new ID. The number range &V1& is set by default for this
    problem-solving process type but this interval does not exist.

    The problem-solving process cannot be started.

    How to fix this error?

    Define the number range &V1&.
    You can do this either in the transaction QNRPRBSLVPRC or in
    Customizing.
    <ZH>Note:</> Make sure that you do not assign all possible numbers when
    you define a number range. You can avoid this by using the number range
    number as the first two digits of the lower and upper interval limits.
