  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The existing material assignment to the inspection plan cannot be
deleted, because material-task list assignments still exist for the
    multiple specifications.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

When an inspection lot is created for an inspection plan with multiple
specifications, the system needs the <ZH>material-only assignment</> so
that it can find and use the inspection plan. Therefore, this assignment
cannot be deleted if there are still material-task list assignments with
    objects for the multiple specification.
First, delete all material-task list assignments that contain objects
for the material specification. That is, <ZH>the</> material-task list
assignments for which an object type has been specified. Then, delete
the material-only assignment for the inspection plan.
Alternatively, you can also delete all material-task list assignments in
    one step.
