    instructions for pooled samples.
    If a sample-drawing unit contains one or more sample-drawing
    instructions for pooled samples, it must contain exactly one
    sample-drawing instruction for primary samples.
    A sample-drawing unit can contain a maximum of one sample-drawing
    instruction for reserve samples.
