The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Check if a certificate is provided. If <ZH>not</>, then the requirement
set in the material master has not been met. If no inspection is
created for this goods movement, the quantity is posted to blocked
stock.
If an inspection lot is created, the missing certificate is marked as a
status in the lot, and must be confirmed by the usage decision at the
latest.
