What causes this issue?

You can enter either a cost center <ZH>or</> a CO internal order as an
account assignment value for QM orders. Both fields, however, are
currently filled in. This is not possible.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Remove one of the two account assignment entries.
