You want to deactivate the code &V1& &V2&. This is not possible because
this code is still in use in at least one selected set.
The code is not deactivated.

Q3145
- Code &1 &2 is part of a selected set; deactivation not possible ?The SAP error message Q3145 indicates that you are trying to deactivate a characteristic or a code that is part of a selected set in the Quality Management (QM) module. This typically occurs when you attempt to deactivate a characteristic that is currently being used in a selection set, which is not allowed.
Cause:
The error arises because the characteristic or code you are trying to deactivate is still linked to a selected set. Selected sets are used in various QM processes, such as inspection plans, and they must be maintained properly to ensure data integrity.
Solution:
To resolve this error, you need to follow these steps:
Identify the Selected Set: Determine which selected set the characteristic or code is part of. You can do this by checking the relevant inspection plans or other QM objects that may be using the characteristic.
Remove from Selected Set: Once you have identified the selected set, you need to remove the characteristic or code from that set. This can typically be done in the transaction where the selected set is maintained (e.g., transaction code QP01 for inspection plans).
Deactivate the Characteristic: After removing the characteristic from the selected set, you should be able to deactivate it without encountering the error.
Check Dependencies: Ensure that there are no other dependencies or references to the characteristic in other QM objects. If there are, you may need to address those as well.
Test Changes: After making the necessary changes, test to ensure that the characteristic is deactivated successfully and that the selected set functions as expected.
Related Information:
If you continue to experience issues after following these steps, consider reaching out to your SAP support team or consulting with an SAP QM expert for further assistance.
