    The information in the following list is only reliable for the periods
    when text changes were carried out <ZH>with history</>.
    In the "Changed by" field is the name of the user who was the last to
    change the short text.
    In the "Change date" field is the date on which the last change to the
    short text was made.
    In the "Short text" field is the short text that was entered with the
    change that was carried out.
    In the "Type of change" field, you see if the short text was created,
    changed or deleted.
    For the periods in which you carried out changes <ZH>without history</>,
    only limited information is available in the system. For this reason,
    not all information is complete or up-to-date.
    In the "Changed by" field is the name of the user who was the last to
    change the master record.
    In the "Change date" field is the date on which the last change to the
    master record was made.
    In the "Short text" field is the current short text.
    In the "Type of change" field is always the word "added".
    Due to the missing history, the system cannot determine if the short
    text was created, changed or not changed.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
