    If you want to delete the context type, remove it from step templates
    that use this context type first.

    How to fix this error?

    Find out which step templates are using this context type by
    double-clicking the context type.
    To remove a context type from a step template, take the following steps:
    Go to Configuration Workbench (transaction code <AB>PYC_CONF_WB</>). Or
    you can access Configuration Workbench from SAP Easy Access menu under
    <LS>Human Resources -> Payroll -> International -> Tools -> Payroll
    Control Center -> Configuration Workbench</>.
    In the left panel in Configuration Workbench, choose <LS>Step Template
    </>from the dropdown list and double-click the step template.
    Choose <LS>Basic Information </>tab page.
    In Edit mode, remove the context type from the step template.
    Save your changes.
    After you remove the context type from all step templates that use it,
    you can come back to this Customizing activity <LS>Define Context Types
    Provided by Process Steps </>under Customizing for <LS>Payroll
    International -> Payroll Control Center -> General Settings</> to delete
    the context type.
    You can use the Refresh icon above the table to refresh the list of
    objects that are referencing the context type.
    Note:
    You don't have to remove the context type from all validation rules in
    order to delete it. But it is highly recommended that you remove it from
    validation rules after you have removed the context type from all step
    templates.
