    Do the following in Customizing activity
    <DS:SIMG.PYC_PYD_DTL>Define Parameter Types</> under Customizing for
    <LS>Payroll International -> Payroll Control Center -> General Settings
    </>.
    Check and make sure that you enter an existing parameter.
    Make sure that the specified parameter is an input parameter. That is,
    the <LS>Par. Type Allowed for Input</> checkbox is selected in the
    details page of the parameter.
    Make sure that the country/region of the parameter matches the
    country/region of the step template.
