The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
In Case 1, if the validation rule is used only in this policy, change

policy, which is 01-Germany in the above example.
If the validation rule is also used in multiple policies with different
country/region attributes, change the country/region of the validation
rule to * - All Countries.
In Case 2, change the country/region of the validation rule to * - All
Countries.
