What causes this issue?

For the IDoc type PriceCatalogue you can only use the partner type 'LS'
without a partner role.

System Response

When creating the IDoc with the type PriceCatalogue, a standard BAPI
interface is used. Therefore, only the key fields partner number,
partner type and message type are defined for this IDoc type.

How to fix this error?

Define a partner profile for the IDoc type that only contains these 3
key fields.
