What causes this issue?

The resources you select are locked before the database update is
carried out. Before locking the resources, the system carries out an
availability check. This check has ascertained that one of the selected
resources has been reserved elsewhere in the meantime. It is therefore
no longer possible to reserve this particular resource for the required
time period.

How to fix this error?

Please check the resource reservation again.
