In all other cases you can schedule background job &V1&
as follows:
Log on to client &V2& as user "DDIC" and start program
RDDNEWPP. After successful completion, the program
reports that background job &V1& was scheduled.
If program RDDNEWPP reports an error, look at the long text for the
corresponding error message.
