The error occurred when formatting the template for sending an e-mail.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
In the SMARTFORMS transaction, check whether the &v1& form is correct.
Check whether an output device has been entered in your user master
record. An output device is required for formatting the template.
The Smart Form forms use what are known as include texts that correspond
to a standard SAPscript text. The standard texts are imported only to
client 000 of the Project Management installation. Make sure that the
standard texts used in the forms have also been copied to the production
clients:
Check in transaction SO10 whether the standard texts with the prefix
PRP* exist in the production client.
If these standard texts do not exist in the production client, choose
<LS>Utilities</> --> <LS>Copy from Client</> in transaction S010 and
copy the standard texts (PRP*) from client 000.
