Year: 4 characters
Month: 2 characters
Contribution basis: max. 17 characters (decimal places are also counted)
Year, period and contribution bases must have numeric entries.
If the entries in the record are not correct, the system rejects the
record.
Check that the fields in the CSV file all have the correct length and
the entries for the year, period and contribution basis are numeric.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
