    The fields in the CSV file must have the following lengths:
    Social insurance number: 10 characters
    Name: max. 41 characters
    Year: 4 characters
    Month: 2 characters
    Contribution basis: max. 17 characters (decimal places are also counted)
    Year, period and contribution bases must have numeric entries.

    System Response

    If the entries in the record are not correct, the system rejects the
    record.
