    correctly assigned to a line element in the line network using line
    balances. However, this line element is not relevant for the current
    scope of explosion.
    This situation can occur when part of line networks are used.
    The mode is assigned to a part of the line network that does not belong
    to the part of line network that is being considered.

    The mode is not included in the activity matrix because the mode is not
    relevant for the scope of explosion.

    How to fix this error?

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
