    In the line balance relationship &V1& to &V2& from line balance &V3&,
    &V1& is not part of the line structure for which you have created line
    balance &V3&.
    This results in an error message, because you can maintain line balance
    relationships only for those factory layout objects (FLO objects) that
    are part of the line structure for which you created the line balance.
    This means that in the hierarchy, the FLO objects must occupy a
    position below the FLO object for which you have created the line
    balance.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
