  • What causes this issue?

    The action point &V1& at the start and end of line network &V2& cannot
    be assigned to a line resource because the line structure starts and
    ends either with parallel or alternative lines. In order for the Action
    Handler to determine the line resource assigned to
    an action point, there must be distinct
    starting and ending lines.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
