    You cannot assign the resource to the mode as a primary resource
    because you have not set the indicator for capacity planning. Only
    resources for which capacity planning is allowed can be used as primary
    resources.

    How to fix this error?

    Double click on the resource and set the indicator <LS>Capacity
    Planning </>in resource maintenance.
