What causes this issue?

A payroll result with different FOR and IN information is clear-cut.
However, you have two or more payroll results with identical FOR and IN
information. This error can occur if the result for FOR period 01/1996
and IN period 01/1996 have the indexes 0001 and 0003. You cannot
create the directory until you have deleted the superfluous payroll
results (in the above example, you must delete the payroll result with
the index 0001 or 0003) from the payroll cluster.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
