Message text: No fixed lot size in mat. master record or differs from kanban quantity
You have specified in Customizing for the replenishment strategies for
in-house production that no new planned order is to be created when a
kanban container is set to "Empty". Instead, a planned order generated
via the MRP run is to be used.
However, this is possible only if the kanban quantity and the fixed lot
size in the material master record are the same.
Either you have not specified a fixed lot size in the material master
record (MRP 1 view) or the lot size differs from the kanban quantity.
In this case, the planned orders of MRP cannot be used for Kanban.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Use the same lot size for the kanban quantity and for the material.
Change the kanban quantity in the control cycle or adjust the fixed lot
size in the material master record to the kanban quantity.
Also check whether the use of planned orders from the MRP run makes
sense for empty kanban containers.
