What causes this issue?

You want to archive trip data but have not entered information on how
trip data is transferred. You enter this information to determine how
trip costs are paid at your enterprise, and how trip data is processed.

System Response

The system requires this information to determine whether trip data can
be archived. Trip data cannot be archived until the trips have been
paid.

How to fix this error?

Choose <LS>Trip data</>, and use the dialog box that is now displayed
to specify how the trips you want to archive are transferred in your
system.
