    If you want to permit an infotype or subtype for use in all country
    groupings, you do not have to make an entry in the "Infotype - Country-
    Specific Settings" view (V_T582L). In other words, if there is no entry
    in view V_T582L, the infotype or subtype is permitted in all country
    groupings.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    If you want to permit an infotype or subtype for use in all country
    groupings, delete the entry again. If you also want to allow this
    infotype or subtype to be processed differently in all country
    groupings, change the status to "not permitted" or "with warning".
