  • What causes this issue?

    For an international organizational reassignment in the standard
    system, you have to assign a new personnel number to the employee. You
    have to carry out a leaving action for the previous personnel number
    for personnel actions that are indicated as a country change. Finally,
    with the setting action, you must assign the employee for the new
    personnel area to a new personnel number.
    In this dialog box, assign the new personnel number to the previous
    personnel number for a country change and specify the personnel action
    that should be created for the leaving or entry.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
