  • What causes this issue?

The "Organizational Assignment" infotype record (0001) has been
generated by an organizational action in Organizational Management.
Such actions include, for example, the renaming or reorganization of
objects. Infotype records created in this way cannot be deleted by a PA
    action.

    How to fix this error?

If you want to delete this infotype record, you must undo the relevant
    Organizational Management action.
    &Beispiel&
    1. A position is to be assigned to another job in Organizational
Management from a certain date. If integration is active, this action
generates a new record in infotype 0001 for integrated persons from the
date of assignment to the new job. This new record can not be deleted
in Personnel Administration as this would cause a data inconsistency.
To delete this new record, you must undo the job assignment in
    Organizational Management.
    2. A position was renamed in Organizational Management on a certain
date. This creates a split in infotype 1 for people assigned to the
position. The new position name becomes visible in infotype 1. The
split was caused by an Organizational Management action, and you can
only delete it in Personnel Administration if you undo the renaming of
    the position.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
