Message text: Less that 2 numerical fields selected
You are attempting to display the portfolio graphic but have selected
fewer than two numerical fields. This is why you cannot display the

numerical fields to be compared, such as costs and duration. Dates
cannot be compared.
You can evaluate a maximum of 15 fields in the portfolio graphic.
INCLUDE 'NA_ALLG_NOFUNKTION' OBJECT DOKU ID TX
Select additional fields under the menu options <LS>Settings -> Graphic

&FURTHER_HINTS&
If this is the first time you call the portfolio graphic (or the
settings for field selection),
the system uses the fields you selected in the list display for the
portfolio graphic.
If you have already called the portfolio graphic,
the fields selection changes for the list display are no longer
relevant for the portfolio graphic. Then you can only change the field
selection under the menu option <LS>Settings</>.

- Less that 2 numerical fields selected ?The SAP error message P5014, which states "Less than 2 numerical fields selected," typically occurs in the context of reporting or data analysis within SAP systems, particularly when using tools like SAP Query or SAP BW (Business Warehouse). This error indicates that the system requires at least two numerical fields to perform a certain operation, such as calculations, aggregations, or comparisons.
Cause:
- Insufficient Numerical Fields: The primary cause of this error is that the user has selected fewer than two numerical fields in a report or query. This can happen if the user is trying to create a report that requires multiple numerical inputs for calculations (e.g., sum, average) but has only selected one or none.
- Field Configuration: Sometimes, the fields that are expected to be numerical may not be correctly configured in the data source or query definition, leading the system to not recognize them as numerical fields.
Solution:
- Select Additional Numerical Fields: To resolve the error, ensure that you select at least two numerical fields in your query or report. Review the available fields and add the necessary numerical fields to meet the requirement.
- Check Field Types: Verify that the fields you are selecting are indeed numerical. You can do this by checking the data dictionary or field properties in the SAP system to ensure they are defined as numerical types (e.g., INT, DEC).
- Modify Query/Report: If you are using a custom query or report, you may need to modify it to include additional numerical fields or adjust the logic to accommodate the requirement.
- Consult Documentation: If you are unsure about which fields to select, refer to the documentation or help resources related to the specific SAP module you are using, as they may provide guidance on the required fields for your specific reporting needs.
