What causes this issue?

Formula IDs cannot be deleted if effective-dated valuation formulas
exist for the Formula ID.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

To delete the Formula ID, all effective-dated valuation formulas need to
be deleted first.
Use the Valuation Formula List Processing transaction to find all the
effective-dated formulas that exist for the Fomula ID. Use the Delete
Valuation Formula transaction to delete these effective dated fomulas.
Note: Approved Valuation formulas cannot be deleted. They must be
unapproved first.
Note: Valuation formulas have been used, or are being used, in the PRA
revenue batch process; cannot be unapproved, and therefore cannot be
deleted.
