    SAP does not warrant that the Software provided herein (including the
    Tax and Regulatory Reporting routines) will operate uninterrupted or
    that it will be free from minor defects or errors which do not
    materially affect such performance or that the applications contained
    in the Software are designed to meet all of Licensee's or its
    authorized Affiliates' business requirements. It is Licensee's
    responsibility to ensure that any data, reports or other information
    derived or produced from the Software is accurate and complies with any
    applicable laws or other governmental regulatory requirements including
    quality, performance, reporting, formatting or data errors. In no event
    shall SAP be liable to Licensee or to any third party for any damages,
    costs or penalties whatsoever arising in connection with Licensee's use
    or inability to use the Software in filing production reports or
    otherwise complying with applicable laws or other governmental or
    regulatory requirements. Maintenance of the Software provided herein
    will specifically exclude any support resulting from changes in any law
    or other governmental or regulatory requirements but may be provided
    under the terms of a separate service level agreement as mutually
    agreed between SAP and Licensee.
