  • What causes this issue?

This is a message saying that a Balancing Statement was not generated
for the indicted month; therefore, it will be rolled into the reporting
    month you are currently running.

    System Response

Any "skipped" months will be rolled into the next Balancing Run. For
example, a Balancing Statement is generated for Month 1 for a given
PBA, then finalized. Then Balancing Statements are not generated for
months 2 and 3 for that same PBA. When month 4 is run for that PBA,
the system will roll months 2 and 3 into month 4's statement.

    How to fix this error?

Nothing to do. This is not an error, only an informational message.
To alleviate this message, generate and finalize a statement for the
skipped month(s) before re-running this report month.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
