How to fix this error?

Check Measurement Group attached to the PBA. Either the Measurement
Group ID is invalid, or does not contain Unit of Measure Group
information for the specific Major Product Code attached to the PBA.
Measurement Group IDs can be maintained within the Production system,
in the Delivery Network submenu.
