  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The system cannot create shipments from location A to location B
automatically, since no route is defined between these two locations.
Routes can be determined either via Connection Points, or simply by
reading the Route from the location master. In the first case the
direction of the route is also important, for example, a route from
location A to B is not suitable for a shipment from location B to A.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

If the route determination in the location master (O403) is set to
<ZK>Shipment Route</>, you must enter a route. If the route
determination is set to <ZK>Connection Point</>, you must enter a valid
    connection point.
In the latter case, you must define a route Customizing.
